The different harvest dates each contributed their own character to the final blend: the early pick brought crisp, vibrant acidity and delicate green notes, while the later harvest added tropical fruit and body. Following hand-harvesting, the grapes were pressed at low pressure and then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. The wine was then aged on fine lees to enhance its creamy texture and enrich its complexity. The ‘24 Sauvignon Blanc is more dynamic, energetic, and distinctive than ever before.
